Anyone have any experience of 350z?

And any views on if they would be a decent track car? Possibly even suitable for SLS ?

as standard I think they are quite heavy and very twitchy at the rear.

I've never driven one, but have seen a couple on track and they tend to be sideways a lot Laughing That may just be provoked LOL

BigD may still have his, Alex Thoms still has his but hasnt been used for a long long time (blue convertable one...) He uses the GTR (ART 4) all the time now.

He's been out in it at our last few trackdays. I think he's been having some issues with it, but seems to like it

I used to own one as a day to day car, very heavy feel and never felt at ease on a fast a road the rear end seemed to be twitchy at times. But engine noise alone almost made up for its small faults. Mines was completely standard but I'm sure with some suspension upgrades and a geometry set up it could be even better.

Great engine but its a modern "muscle car", not for the track IMO.

A friend of my brothers has 2, one as a road car (actually think this is a 370Z rather than a 350) and the other as a track car.

Haven't heard anything from him about it either way, but can't be too shabby if he's got 2 of them.
