Any vbox geek traces? I.e how quick do you think it'll be once you have more seat time?

I think with Rory in the car it would easily be low 52s, or even 51s. The Vbox 'Ideal' laptime was a little over 53 for me!

what i was getting at was the difference in straight line pace alone... Do you think ~1sec came from just the grunt or a better all round package?

2.0 PB vs 2.5 PB - assuming a like for like corner exit, whats the DeltaT when zoomed in to each of the 3 straight sections (hairpin to duffus, chicane to clarks and clarks to hairpin)

The delta with the 2L was a straight line, so everywhere. But I felt more confident so engine did the straights, and I did the corners. Apex speed seem up (when I got it right). Thinking about it, the torque is now dropping off at high RPM (torque driven power figures, rather than RPM), so when the wheels spin up, torque drops off, so there's a kind of traction control happening, or better relationship between grip and torque. Just a lot less edgy and easier to push with more confidence.
