I just bought one of these http://www.sipuk.co.uk/sip-airmate-tn-3-50-d-oil-lubricated-air-compressor.html But maybe not a big enough tank for you?
Nae had a chance to try it out yet. I bought it just for DIY use really ( spraying, blasting etc ) but looked at a few compressors and the spec was better than a lot of the more expensive ones. Plus you get a free Impact wrench kit with it at the moment |

sounds ideal to be honest.... i cant see it being used for massive jobs, more just air-tools every now and then. _________________ Impreza Race Car, 1200kg, 480bhp - SLS/SMRC

I've got the Clarke 3HP 14 CFM 150 Litre one ( can't remember the exact model number) in my workshop and think it's the best thing I've bought for years, my advice is get the biggest one you can afford or squeeze into what space you have available, I've already bought a pressure pot and a large blast cabinet for mine.
It's my latest addition to the man cave, fed up sweeping shot from the pressure pot so bought a big(ish) blast cabinet.

As much as it wont be used all day every day should it be used for blasting/painting it needs to be able to keep up so to speak, no use having a 50l one that can blast for 10 mins then take the same again to replenish the tank.. _________________ Motorsport Exige Project Thread |

true..... that 100l 3hp one should fit the bill though. Any links to that compressor with a starter-kit (lines/tools etc) _________________ Impreza Race Car, 1200kg, 480bhp - SLS/SMRC
