Starting weight : 89.5kg
Avg miles (cycled) : 80 miles
I'll update mine every Monday, that's what I usually do.
I don't drink so don't need to bother with that, just the diet, plan is to stay away from all the usual crap and fizzy juice. What I will do is have an off day every 3wks if I stick to the diet, a wee treat.
Goal is just to lose weight and one day get back to where I was before, 71kg. _________________ ND spec'd Evo 8

I'm currently trying to shift a bit of weight myself.
Got a fitbit from the other half for my birthday back in November and have been fairly up and down with it. Working in an office certainly doesn't help.
That said, I don't find the 10000 a day thing hard to hit providing I do something outwith work.
On a day where I merely come in to the office and do a normal day and go home again and do nothing - I can find myself down around 4000 steps. I guess the key is in finding ways to make up those other 6000 steps on the quiet days.
Back in the gym trying to get some form of fitness back as well - but i'm acutely aware that all of this is relatively pointless till I sort out my diet and cut out a lot of the junk..... sweets, crisps etc.
Think I weighed in at my heaviest ever at around 83kg (13 stone) just after Christmas. I'd like to get back down to around 75kg give or take.
Its a strange situation for me - i'm more used to having issues of not being able to put weight on. I was closer to 10st up till not so long ago - prescription steroids, laziness and old age have taken their toll for sure. |

Just downloaded myfitnesspal app to give it a go. Got weighed for the first time going offshore this week and Im up on 97kg, Ive put in the the goal to drop to 90kg by April. Im generally pretty bad at watching what i eat so Im hoping the app will help me with this awareness. |

I think that is exactly the issue.
When home I would prob do 16-18k steps most days, but when I'm away with work I think I'd be lucky to top 4000 without keeping this in mind.
I'm actively going outside and baking in the sun for about 1-2hrs a day walking around like an edjit _________________ Impreza Race Car - SLS/SMRC
