Might be sensible to look at raising the top of C to 340/tonne as that ties in with other (Race) Regs, and having the top of D at 260/tonne.
There's going to be discussions with KMSC hopefully this week sometime to finalise this and the definitions for the "Retro" Class.
Another consideration/proposal:
Allow cars, other than Roadgoing (which have to be road legal) to use any tyres from List 1A/1B or 1C. This would allow the use of AO50's etc _________________ Renny

Only if you fit a cage and harness so your car meets the requirements of Modified Category _________________ Renny

So with the inclusion of the BMW's in SLS next year - what makes way for them on the programme? Assume it'll be the hot hatch track time sessions? |

Erik - that would be my assumption. They ran csoc and HH at times so imagine a few sessions will go. Realistically it’ll be a 10-15min qualy and 2 races of ~10laps so not a massive dent in timetable.
For me..... it’s a positive addition to the timetable _________________ Impreza Race Car, 1200kg, 480bhp - SLS/SMRC

I believe that the BMWs will take up around 45mins of the track time. So, I too suspect that will mean the non-permit track day stuff will be cut. I hear rumours of visiting race series as well as the British Sprint Championship joining us at the SLS meetings again. There's apparently lots of negotiations on across the country as clubs, venues and championships try to sort out their dates. _________________ Renny

I approve, that would drop me right into top of Class D _________________ MD Racing
