Gotta love these cars!

LS1/RB26dett engine swaps seem easy enough too

I've always liked them, but they've done the same as a lot of rusty old tin and are now not worth starting on unless you're doing a very tidy and expensive resto-mod. The days of having a useable classic are fading fast.

Anything old and Japanese is cool. They do look great though.

i sold my elise at the start of 17 season and bought a 73 240z in datsun 110 red(orange), bare shell rebuild 8 years ago, its near original but with a few general running upgrades. Generally enjoy driving about on any given sunny day making a lot of noise, squeaking and rattling whilst not going too fast. also partial to a bit of overseer, drives surprisingly well for a 45 yo.

hopefully link works... run last year with a few lotus boys.

stroker old engines aren't too shabby either, MZR in england shire making some nice retro mod cars but they are verging on Singer pricing.

Have you still got your whale tail Adam?

edit: this was 4th item down the thread list, didn't realise it was from 2016!

This is my first time here and I just want to say that I’m very happy to be here and to share my opinion.
Thanks!
