reading the article - i'm amazed that they didnt go for brake re-generation, and such a small battery/output. BUT do re-gen on the over run :S
Seems more of a token gesture, but I guess they (TOCA) have to be seen as doing something more sustainable to remain 'current'
I do quite like the idea of having X amount of extra power available per lap, and you can use that when/where you want
