Im going to be fabricating my own door covers so i can retain the o.e.m door handles on the inside and helps to keep it a little tidier.

Ive ordered a sheet of 3mm perspex to use - how do most people cut this? is a dremel the best thing to use? or any other things which will be handy? i chose 3mm as its quite thin and i was hoping it would be easy to cut Laughing

Dremel with cutting discs does the job although not ideal as its leaving a kind of burned finishing, ie it heats up the perspex. I used an electric jigsaw with a blade for wood! Just done the same job last week albeit with 5mm perspex.

I had to cut a section of my windows when adjusting my door to suit my seat. I used a dremel with a disc specifically for plastics. I used a reasonably low speed on the dremel to avoid it melting the Perspex too much and I got some nice clean cuts with minimal effort.
