I've said for years, one of the best value mods is to invest in some driver training. Can be worth many seconds per lap in some cases (those doing their first track days who think they are the next Ayron Senna and don't think they need to learn anything), to a few tenths or less for more experienced drivers.

Best thing about it is you can take the benefits with you to the next car you drive on track Smile

beyond that.... simply listening to someone who instructs can help Very Happy

Weight transfer, loading the wheels, coasting etc all come into there own when on track and arent as obvious on the road (unless you drive like a C Unit on the road ).

Cheapest most important mod bar none is some higher temp pads, first trackday in the civic, standard pads, about 3 laps and the pedal was at the floor :p

I would say brakes pads discs fluid and a brake stopper brace
