Not sure what's happening with the link but the focus is lot 21.

Not many of these for sale for less than 20 odd thousands.

Can't say I do - read the SK conditions of sale before you do anything. The buyer pays the auction fee - 10% of the winning bid. As a first time bidder you will have to put a sizeable deposit in their account before you can bid a couple of days before the end of the auction. All refunded at the end of the auction. Also worth noting there is a 10 min rule, you bid in the last 10 min of the auction, 10min will be added from your last bid. NOT like e-bay! Its very fair that way. I have bought a couple of things from them but never a car. Might be different rules for that. I'd say it is very important you look before you bid.

All of that will put people off and that can make for a bargin hunting, or I supose only serious bidders will be bidding!

I've seen tonnes of stuff for work form them but never been happy with the deposit up front just to bid lark.
Doesn't work like that on the auction floor.

OK until they go pop (like comet, woolworths, rok etc etc etc)
Buyer beware IMO
Shocked

The deposit up front makes for you bid to buy. I know a few people who have bought loads from SK and I'm pretty sure if you are a regular buyer from them the amount of deposit you put in ratio to the amount you can bid reduces.

What do you mean until they go pop? Its an industrial auction - ie, companies go bust and these guys auction off the assets? These cars will have been put through the company as company cars, the company will most likely have gone bust and the cars are being sold off to pay back the debt.

There a business too & with cash in hand can go pop just like comet did with millions of pounds of deposits in hand.

Your happy with that risk & use them
I'm not & I don't.
As said doesn't work like that on the auction floor

Thumbs Up

I know I'm a bit late to this (and the auction has closed), but aren't these both cars from Exhilarate Scotland?

Seems like they're in the poop these days......
