I though we were nuts with our plans but 409 bhp in something that small gets the thumbs up from me

Yip, I have M&H slicks for the front & skinnies for the rear, but would really need a prepped track (i.e. Santa Pod) to make proper use of them.
I'll try them at Crail this year and see what happens...LOL!
Cheers

i was running my corsa with cut slicks and plate diff at crail.... ptfff, still spun up even with tyres warmed.
Heaps of oil, coolant and cement dust dont help much!!!
Did you run it at TOTB in 2006? Planning to this year? |

I was at TOTB 5 (watching) but didn't compete.
But I will be competeting this year...promise!
I ran the 12.18 @ 126.8 on 215/60/14 BFG drag radials, but was still spinning them at around the 1/8th marker.
I need traction!!! _________________ Nissan Almera GTi - SR20DE+T Powered

Dave,
Is that toyo888's you're running?
How do you rate them?
I'm going to fit stickier tyres (for road use) to the skyline and would like some feedback on them. Dont expect them to wear well, but as long as they are grippy in the dry and ok/good in the wet
They are cheaper than yoko 032/048R's arent they? |

I haven't used the Toyo's on the Micra yet!

We are having to completely reshape the inner arch and then we will make two sets of wings.
One for the regular Toyo R888 225/50/15 tyre and another set for the 275/50/15 as seen here.
We have our work cut out for us for the next few weeks.
I'll keep you all posted!
Cheers
