Newbie from Paisley. I have a Quantum2+2 kit car with 2.0 Zetec turbo with dual map dyno'd by Sitec Racing to produce 270bhp at 0.9 bar boost although I generally run it on the low map setting at 0.5 bar and 235 bhp, especially in the wet.
I've done a few test days at Kames and although I've driven Knockhill many times, it's a few years ago and never in my own car. I was planning to do an open pit lane night but have been told that the driving standards can be a bit on the poor side and I would be better doing the track days/nights organised through this site. Any advice is welcomed.

Hi Bob, welcome to the site
KH's own days/nights do seem to have a mixed rep BUT some can be good - more the open pit sessions. The sessioned Hot Hatch events tend to bring out some loonies
SIDC or Dreadnaught should be similar to TrackScotland events if one of our events does not suit you date/time wise _________________ Impreza Race Car, 1200kg, 480bhp - SLS/SMRC
