For next year I'll swap out the std arb's but I'm undecided on what to go for, what's the ideal set up for Knockhill?

Car is 2002 Impreza sti running circa 350-400.....

Current suspension is BC br coilovers which I plan on keeping, if I can improve elsewhere with arb changes then I'll be happy, maybe further down the line I'll swap them out but for just now the plan is to keep them.

I'm still toying with the idea of doing sls next year with this car but we'll see, at the very least plenty track days.

Use ARBs to fine tune spring rates... so if you find it a bitty soft you firm the arb.

Generally a 22mm F 24mm R works well. Dials out understeer amd promotes a more rear biased car.

We run 24/24 whitle line adjustable blades
